MoonShy, formed in 2026 in Seattle’s thriving music scene, deals in dreams. After a highly anticipated and attended debut at Conor Byrne in May, the group went on to perform at Fremont Fridays following their participation in the festival’s Battle of the Bands in the summer, and recorded their first singles, ‘Velvet Glove’ and ‘Dying To Be Living’ at 5/4 Sound with engineer Demetrius Patin. For the rest of 2026, MoonShy will be releasing ‘Velvet Glove’ and ‘Dying To Be Living’, and recording an EP at the historic London Bridge Studio with producer Meggie Lisha, thanks to the award of Sonic Guild’s George Reiff Producers Grant. MoonShy is singer/guitarist Liv Steele, guitarist Austin Dean, bassist Joel Beussink, and drummer Graham Leake.
